Content Update: Flexible Class Systems

This patch takes the first steps toward allowing players to manage multiple classes within a single character, as mentioned in Developer dev post 4.30. The patch will also come with more content for the Aeven expansion that was rolled out in patch 4.36.
There is quite some things to discuss in this dev post so let's take a look at the new content:

New UI: Class/Character management
|
'' Flexible Class System ''
A new interface has been introduced that allows players to switch between all available classes on a single character. This feature provides greater flexibility, especially for smaller communities, where players can easily adapt to different roles as needed.
The UI, still in development, will feature three main tabs:
- Stat Allocation- Quickly adjust stat points when switching classes to match the class requirements.
- Skills- View unlocked and leveled skills (coming in future updates).
- Class Overview- See a list of all classes and their individual levels.
This system lays the foundation for more flexible gameplay in future updates, giving players greater control over their character's abilities and progression.

|
The Passive Skills button, rarely used, has been swapped with the new Class/Stat Interface button, now next to General Stat for easier navigation. This may cause some initial confusion as players adjust, but the update aims for a more streamlined interface overall.

|
Location
The Bird Stronghold is located on the eastern side of Aeven connecting the the larger Battlefield map. In the aftermath of battles between the humans and the birds, fire damage was evident in several of the branches..
Boss
Guarded by the Birdman Overlord (L55), a powerful boss that guards the region.
Defeating the Aerial Overlord will drop:
- Air Hat, The classic
- Air Cores, Boss Core
- Air Shield, A new shield

New Quest: Renestoration (L36+)
Quest Giver: Birdman Captain
Map: Aeven Battleground
Rule: Collect 2 Piles of Twigs
Reward: 20,000 EXP + 520 Eons
Repeat: Daily Quest
The Birdman Leader seeks your aid in rebuilding their burned nests. You must collect and deliver 2 piles of twigs. If you lack the required twigs, you will be reminded to gather more. Once delivered, the Birdman Leader will reward you with 20,000 EXP and an item. This quest can be repeated daily.
The birdman captain npc will basically fall back into a daily quest loop after the one-time Birdman Defense quest + repeatable Birdman quest chain until L36.

New Quest: Soldier Tags (L40)
Quest Giver: Soldier Captain
Map: Aeven Battleground
Rule: Collect 15 Soldier Tags
Reward: 90,000 EXP + 300 Eons
Repeat: N/A
Help the Soldier Captain in Aeven Battleground by collecting 15 soldier tags from the battlefield. These tags are scattered around the area, and the battlefield is still active with fighting, so be cautious. Return the tags to the Soldier Captain to receive 90,000 experience points and 300 Eons.

New Quest: Boosting Morale (L40)
Quest Giver: Big Commander
Map: Aeven Battlegrounds
Rule: Assist the soldiers by killing rats and retrieving big fairy sodas
Reward: 116,000 EXP + 600 Eons
Repeat: N/A
Help the Big Commander in Aeven Battlegrounds by boosting the morale of tired soldiers. You will need to kill 15 rats and deliver big fairy sodas to the soldiers. Afterward, the Big Commander will request an Omelette Plate from Cook Ramsey. Bring it back to him to complete the quest and receive 116,000 experience points and 600 Eons.

New Quest: Iron Help (L40)
Quest Giver: Big Commander
Map: Aeven Battlegrounds
Rule: Inspect the weapon stockpile and convince the Ironguard for assistance
Reward: 106,000 EXP + 800 Eons
Repeat: N/A
The Big Commander in Aeven Battlegrounds has asked you to inspect the weapon stockpile. After finding it dangerously low, you must seek the help of the Ironguard, led by Ironlady Ida. Convince them to provide support, and then return to the Big Commander for your reward. Upon completion, you will receive 106,000 experience points and 800 Eons.

New Quest: Critical Aid (L40)
Quest Giver: Battlefield Medic
Map: Aeven Battlegrounds
Rule: Find and deliver a medikit to the Battlefield Medic
Reward: 100,000 EXP + 1440 Eons
Repeat: N/A
The Battlefield Medic in Aeven Battlegrounds urgently needs your help. Due to a shortage in medical supplies, wounded soldiers are in critical condition. Your mission is to retrieve a medikit from the medical shop in Aeven West and deliver it to the Battlefield Medic. Upon successful completion, you will receive 170,000 experience points and 1440 Eons.

New Quest: Not So Bright (L41)
Quest Giver: Dr. Lumi
Map: Aeven North Grotto
Rule: Collect 10 Lumi Notes from the Grotto
Reward: 132,000 EXP
Repeat: N/A
Help Dr. Lumi recover his lost research notes from the Grotto in Aeven North. Dr. Lumi was studying the glowing Lumisects but dropped his notes near the waterfall when he lost his balance. Retrieve 10 Lumi Notes and return them to Dr. Lumi for a reward of 132,000 experience points.

New Quest: Push Back (L41)
Quest Giver: Soldier Captain
Map: Aeven Battleground
Rule: Kill 100 Birdmen
Reward: 146,000 EXP + 1200 Eons
Repeat: N/A
Help the Soldier Captain in Aeven Battleground by defeating 100 Birdmen, who are on the verge of overwhelming the defenses. This is the final stand to save Aeven. Once you've defeated the required number of Birdmen, return to the Soldier Captain for your reward of 150,000 experience points and 1200 Eons.

New Quest: Medikit Mystery (L41)

Quest Giver: Battlefield Medic
Map: Aeven Battlegrounds
Rule: Investigate the missing medical supplies
Reward: 148,000 EXP + 1000 Eons
Repeat: N/A
The Battlefield Medic has discovered discrepancies in the medical supplies at the Aeven Battlegrounds. Investigate the missing medikits by visiting the medical supplies area. You may discover suspicious activity related to the missing supplies. Report back to the Battlefield Medic once you have gathered information or confronted the culprit.

New Quest: Final Push (L42)
Quest Giver: Soldier Captain
Map: Aeven Battlegrounds
Rule: Defeat 100 Birdmen and 25 Birdman Warchiefs
Reward: 200,000 EXP + 2000 Eons
Repeat: N/A
The Soldier Captain calls for you help once more to push back the Birdmen before their forces overwhelm the soldiers. Your task is to slay 100 Birdmen and then take down 25 Birdman Warchiefs to weaken their leadership.
Once completed, report back to the Soldier Captain to receive your reward and secure Aevens future in this war. The final quest in the chained series: Human Defense -> Soldier Tags -> Push Back -> Final Push.

Quests: EMF Map File Research
|
|
Time has been spent adding inner map compression methods, carefully mixing various known techniques to determine the most effective combination for addressing current EMF limitations. Implementing advanced inner map compression methods offers several key advantages:
- Increased Map Capacity: Enhanced compression techniques enable more content to fit within the existing 64K protocol limit per map.
- Reduced Bandwidth Usage: Efficient compression minimizes the data size, leading to lower bandwidth consumption during map transmission.
- Optimized Performance: Balancing compressed and uncompressed data ensures efficient server boot times, with clients handling decompression.
Implementation of these improvements will start shortly.
