This document outlines the terms, conditions, and expectations governing the submission and use of any contributions made to Endless Online (EO). By submitting any assets or materials, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms, and that your participation is voluntary. |

Community Contribution & Asset Use Notice
Endless Online (EO), also referred to as 'the project', has always been a community-driven game developed and maintained through voluntary, unpaid effort from its developers and contributors. The project has been self-funded for many years by its developer, including significant personal time and financial investment. Contributed assets (such as pixels, artwork, music, and other content) submitted to the project are intended for use in its ongoing development, distribution, and operation as part of this big community effort. |

1: By contributing assets to this project, contributors understand and agree that: 1-A: Contributions are provided in good faith. 1-B: Submitting contributions is voluntary, without expectation of any return or acceptance. 1-C: Contributions may be used and distributed forever in the Endless Online (EO) project. 1-D: Submitted assets may continue to be used by the project even if a contributor later stops contributing. 1-E: The developer reserves the right to accept or reject contributions, and may request modifications. 1-F: Contributors will be given forever credit on the contribution page of this website where reasonably possible. 1-G: Contributors may receive pixel badges based on the In-Game Badge Policy (Section 3). 1-H: The order and presentation of contributor page may be updated or changed without prior notice. |

2: By contributing assets to this project, contributors also understand and accept that: 2-A: Contributors retain full ownership of their own original unmodified work(s) 2-B: Contributors are free to use and share their own original work(s) in other projects. 2-C: Contributors are not free to use and share EO assets they did not create. 3-D: Contributors remain subject to the TOS and community rules (updated 26 April 2026) 2-E: Contributions do not grant special rights in or to the game. 2-F: All contributions submitted to the project (EO) are voluntary. 2-G: No new terms can be applied retroactively to used contributions. This project values collaboration and aims to maintain a fair and respectful environment for both the developer and contributors. |

3: Contribution In-Game Badge Policy In-game pixel badges are loosely based on contribution activity as follows: Bronze Badge: ~5 submissions, Silver Badge: ~20 contributions, Gold Badge: ~50+ contributions |
| Endless Online (EO) is a community-driven, persistent, and evolving online world. Once contributions are integrated into the game, they become part of a much larger, interconnected system and world rather than standalone submissions. This policy applies uniformly to all contributors, including all voluntary submissions that were accepted, used, and credited or rewarded with pixel badges in good faith as part of the ongoing development of the project. Due to the interconnected and persistent nature of the game, removal or reversal of integrated contributions may not be possible or practical without impacting game stability, development workload, player experience, and the continuity and consistency of the game world. |
